Hello, my name is Francisco and I am currently a graduate student at UC Berkeley in Prof. Yao Group.

Born and raised in Coimbra, Portugal, I did my undergraduate partly at the University of Coimbra and partly at MIT.

I've been in the US since 2013.

Besides Physics, I like Computer Science and Mathematics. I also have a soft spot for Economics and Politics, basically understanding what makes the world tick.
